Let others benefit from God’s grace

Ephesians 4:7-16 King James Version (KJV)

7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

The essence of God’s grace is to impart other lives and nurture them to become efficient and skillful in the word, to help them grow in the grace and walk in God’s love. God’s grace is wonderful and is available to every Christian.

Why you should let others benefit from God’s grace

It is really essential that you allow others to benefit from the grace God has bestowed on your life because it was not given for your personal gain but for others.Always know that anytime you impart lives, you are utilising the gifts God gave you and anytime you utilise the gift you grow in grace and God gives you more. In other words the ability to grow in the grace depends on you. As you begin to effectively utilise the gifts, you will discover that God’s grace continually grows.

Remember the scripture in Luke 2: 52 which says And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favour with God and man. Although Jesus was full of wisdom  ,grace and truth, he was also growing in them. Why? Because as he continually utilized his God given gifts, he began to discover other areas and revelations and started walking in them and experiencing them. You can have the same experience if only you make a decision not to suppress God’s grace.Do not waste the God given gifts and the grace you have, let others benefit.You are the only Jesus some will ever see.
